Fast Ryde rocked their hometown of Music City last week during the CMA Music Festival.  

 

Making their second appearance on the Chevy Stage at Bridgestone Arena, James and Jody and band treated fans to favorites such as "That Thang" and new single "Top Down,"  as well trying out newly penned material such as "Small Town Queen."  Fans braved sweltering temperatures in the mid-90's in downtown Nashville along Broadway to hear the set.

 

In the much cooler convention center Exposition hall, James and Jody greeted fans and signed autographs in the Big Machine Records Group booth, as well as making appearances in the Chevy, GAC TV, and HonkyTonk TV/Microsoft booths.

 

Fast Ryde's CMA Festival events also included an appearance in the kick-off parade,  a 30 minute acoustic set at the CMTT/2nd Harvest Food Bank fundraiser, and running a 5k race alongside Jo Dee Messina at the 2nd annual St. Judes Road Race.
